As my local newspaper seems to have dropped the subject a while ago, I checked the New York Times--and the most recent article never mentioned that more than 25 people could have died. I also briefly checked Amnesty International's latest news releases, but it seems to be concerned more with human rights abuses in Kenya and Sri Lanka right now.

Oh, believe me, they should worry about those. But yeah, it's kinda frustrating. And looking at the site... hm. I think I have to inform myself more about the movement before giving my opinion.

But not surprising that this isn't having a lot of coverage in "the first world", you know. *sighs*
