So you don't see it at all as "straightening out" a gay character? What's your stance on that sort of thing?

Ah, yes. There is that. But I don't like the "straightening out" as it is. I thought you were asking me if I liked it because it was one-sided. XD I misunderstood, yeah, I like it as one-sided, as it is. But I enjoy their relationship, interaction, equals thing. But boy, I won't expect in 2000 years that Juri forget about Shiori for Ruka. XD She is lesbian. Very much so.

Ahaaaa, okay, I get it now. XD Thanks for clarifying. That makes perfect sense (especially since I really get the one-sided thing, I typically love it XD). Sorry if I wasn't being clear. I'm kind of like that about her interactions with Miki, though I wouldn't describe it as shipping on my end in the least.

Ruka always kind of bothered me. His intentions were noble, but he went just a little TOO far that one time and that tweeked me out. Then again, I kind of feel that way about a lot of the males in Utena. XD

Ah yes. Ruka was a bastard, I don't deny it. I like his relationship and interaction with Juri, but yeah, his morals are screw-up. (But then again, we are talking about Utena, and you are right about Utena's males. Except Miki. XD)

I think what I love too was that he was her bride in the duel. XD

Yes! The bride part was very much awesome. XDDDD
