1. Kurogane/Fay (Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle)
2. Juri/Ruka (Shoujo Kakumei Utena)
3. Atsuko/Michiko (Michiko e Hatchin)
4. Sandor/Sansa (A Song of Ice and Fire)
5. Helen/Deneve (Claymore)
6. Riff/Cain (Count Cain)
7. Hijikata/Okita (Peace Maker Kurogane)

And I never talked about the last one, but it gained its place there because made me get through most of a book that touched many of my squick points simultaneously (wouldn't have never almost-finished it if not for the relationship), and because I think it goes well with a trend up there.
