Just started the anime this weekend on Netflix streaming - got hooked pretty fast.

Oh, the anime starts pretty good from what I have heard, but it was finished when the manga was halfway. So I pretty much hate the way they ended it (they made up things that have nothing to do with the manga, and just when the latter was getting better and better).

So, I'll take the ending with a grain of salt. I rarely get my hands on any of the manga - by keeping the anime on someone else's server, it never takes over my house.

Digital manga archives, that would be a nice subscription - for people who like to read but have no interest in collecting.

Oh, there are scanlations everywhere, you just have to google and you will get a lot. (I don't want to link to them because since last year there has been a hunt for scanlating groups by licensers, specially for Jump's manga. And, you know, I can't access to non-scanlations. ^^;)

Right - I don't understand why the distributors won't get ahead of this by offering the service themselves. Ask a reasonable price for it, and they'll make more money than now.

Yeah, I can remember that there were some magazines/companies (small shoujo-like licensers) that had something like that. I don't know if they still do it though.
