Uhm, thinking better about the first question, of course I would love to hear more non-white people voices coming from different parts of the world. And of course white people from USA or 1st world countries had to start thinking that they not only talk for people living in the western world.

Now, people of color in USA taking too much space/talking too much about racism in USA/"not including" other POC? Never. Because I have heard a lot of white-identified Latin Americans going "but black people just talk about themselves!! Things here are SO different!!" mostly because they don't want to hear discussions about racism in fandom. So yeah.
