Dunno, a lot of people digs Quinto and Sylar, so it was slashing what they thought the two prettiest ones together. There was also the hatesex thing and one bondage-ish scene, I suppose. But I think people just shipped Mohinder/anything if the series gave them an excuse, because Sendhil is so pretty he can have subtext with rocks.
