Ah, yes, I think the schemers were Margaery and her grandmother. Not so much Loras. But yeah, apparently, here he even kinda influenced Renly (whom, funnily, I like better than the one in the books).

It's like they don't trust us to pay attention to backstory unless there are boobs? Which is insulting and weird. Good shows trust their audience, and so far, this show doesn't trust me one bit.
Heh. They could also use the exposition more for other things. Watching this episode, I wonder if people not familiar with the books understood something about the Kingsguard or why Semly was so offended at the other Knights who laughed at him.
And I don't have so many complains about technical aspects though. XD I think the acting is good, but sometimes not so much what I pictured in my mind (except episode 2, that was one just kinda bad).
