I'm running out of time
I'm here because my sister is dyeing her hair in my study place.
Some weeks ago I told my sister Tsubasa was ending and since then she has been making this joke alluding at how she never knows anything about what I talk about fannishly. Yeah it's only funny for us because it's a silly private joke. It is, "so, who does Tsubasa ends with?".
So yeah. I have this feeling this isn't the only time she has predicted something just by chance and by being cracky. (She also tells me Himawari is FWR. "Yeah, the girl, she has the bad aura, right? What? Everything can happen! Everyone can be everyone!")
I'm digressing. This was pretty satisfying, and pretty curious for a manga ending. I don't think it's the story ending, but it's the books one. Not that uncommon since the very same CLAMP did this with Tokyo Babylon, but still is something else for a 28 volumes series.
As an epilogue it works fine, even if it ties the plot lines and resolves the interactions that the actual ending didn't resolve. Which is something I don't think epilogues should do. But anyway, I think people are calling it "epilogue" out of convenience. I wonder if it will published in volume 28.
I didn't feel it like an ending, it was pretty much anticipation for some new arc/ending/event that will probably take place in XXXholic. We see Sakura having a dream, we see everyone worried about it, and we see that the characters quest hasn't been completed. It has to be resolved with the definitive conclusion about Watanuki and Syaoran's existences.
YAAAY KuroFay and the clothes and Kurogane actually never punching anyone and... etc. It was quite nicely done in all aspects for me.
I wonder about the names though. Something I will be pondering. Probably.
